INDI had the absolute pleasure of attending a seminar at the Embassy of the Republica Angola in Washington, DC that focused on Health and Integrative Medicine where our Owner and Founder Shalita Wells attended the seminar with her beloved aunt Dr. Wanda Tucker. Mrs. Wells met the Ambassador and her excellency in addition to many business leaders in the health community. The panels of women brought a wealth of knowledge surrounding nutrition and the importance of health and medicine not only in Africa , but in the USA. This seminar focused heavily on the ways health should be the basis of our lives from what we eat, what we put on our skin, how we support our communities and how we live, which is a focal point of the INDI brand!
